Getting Started with Library Genealogy Databases

August 23, 2017
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Get started with the library's genealogy databases by attending this basic demonstration that also offers an opportunity for hands-on experience. In this class, you'll discover what's inside four databases: American Ancestors, Ancestry Library Edition, Fold 3, and Heritage Quest. Then you will have a chance to begin searching for your ancestor's past using the library's computers. We invite you to bring information about your ancestor, and we will also show how to save and print the records that you find.

Registration is required and priority is given to Clay Township residents. Please call the Reference Desk at (317) 844-3362 to register.

This program will be held in the Training Room on the 2nd floor.
