The program presenter is Lorraine Ball. Lorraine Ball spent twenty years in corporate America, before she came to her senses. Today, you can find her at Roundpeg, a digital marketing firm. Along with an extraordinarily talented team, she helps business owners build smart marketing strategies to use internet marketing tools, including e-mail and social media, to grow their business. Lorraine has an MBA from the University of Texas and has been a member of the faculty at the University of Indianapolis in their new Digital Media degree program.
